Trouble Selling?

RE Broker Gerard Slendore submitted a photo of a house that he was having issues selling. Every one of his potential buyers was unwilling to make an offer because of the kitchen. Gerard sent the marketing photo along with the floorplan. Gerard, who is a designer as well, added his thoughts. Here is his description.

Please help this REVOLTING kitchen. We need to add a dishwasher (where to put it is up to you!). Perhaps a breakfast bar/counter in the 'addition'. GO FOR IT!

In our redesign, Envisionroom recommended swapping the oven and refridgerator locations.
